Believe it or not, Gwyneth Paltrow says she pretty much eats whatever she wants now (for dinner, at least).
Gwyneth Paltrow insists her days of eating raw foods, juicing, cupping, and cleansing are over now she's a mum in her mid-40s.
The actress was once as famous for her films as she was for her extreme eating habits and wellness obsession, but she insists she only goes to the extremes these days if she's researching a new fad for her Goop website.
"I'm basically never cleansing... (unless) I'm guinea pigging something for the website," the 45-year-old says on the latest episode of the Goop Podcast, adding, "I try to do one good cleanse a year."
Gwyneth recently opened up about her first cleanse for the premiere issue of her Goop magazine last year, recalling, "I remember standing in a hippie health food store in Greenwich Village and I saw a little paperback book describing a 'master cleanse', and I was like, 'What's that?'

"I remember the next day I was like, 'Oh, wow, I just did this cleanse, and I feel so much better. I can have a beer and a cigarette now, right?'"
She also launched an annual Goop Detox Cleanse for fans in 2014, with broths, teas and shakes as a breakfast replacement.
Nowadays, the Oscar winner isn't always a super healthy mum at home, revealing she usually eats whatever she wants for dinner, with a few exceptions.
"On a normal day, I'll have a smoothie for breakfast, and I have a pretty healthy lunch, with some protein and salad," she explains. "And for dinner, I have whatever I want. But I do always try to avoid highly processed foods and high-fructose corn syrup."
